Google Nexus 6P is just a bit better than the Motorola One, getting an 80.3 score against 74.3. Google Nexus 6P is an extremely older and just a little heavier device than Motorola One, but Google managed to build it just a little thinner anyway. Google Nexus 6P's processing unit is just as good as Motorola One's processor, and although the Google Nexus 6P has 1 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Google Nexus 6P features a more vivid screen than Motorola One, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a lot greater screen density. The Motorola One features just a bit more storage for applications and games than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Google Nexus 6P has a little bit better camera than Motorola One, although it has a lower (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with less megapixels resolution, they both have a same size aperture. Google Nexus 6P counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Motorola One, because it has 3450mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Google Nexus 6P is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola One, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola One. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Google Nexus 6P, else you can save some dollars and get the Motorola One, giving up a couple features and specifications.
