Galaxy Note3 has an overall score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra's score of 73.1. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note3 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has Android 13. The Galaxy Note3 has a very superior hardware performance than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
The Galaxy Note3 features a little bit better looking display than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a bit smaller display and a quite lower number of pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has a very superior camera than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, because it has a more MP camera in the back.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory.
