The Galaxy A12 is much better than the nubia Z20, getting a overall score of 80.3 against 71.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A12 has older 10 version and nubia Z20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy A12 design has the same thickness than nubia Z20, but it is just a little heavier.
