Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s has a general score of 76.4, which is a bit better than the OnePlus 7's global score of 71.6. These phones use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version, providing you a couple nice extra features. Xiaomi Mi 5s's body has the same thickness than OnePlus 7, but it is way lighter.
The OnePlus 7 features a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a greater number of cores and 2 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Mi 5s features a little bit better display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel number per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s's memory capacity to store more apps and games is very similar to the OnePlus 7 one, both have equal internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 7 features just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 16 percent more battery capacity. The OnePlus 7 counts with a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 7 also has higher video frame rates, a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality photographs, a back camera with a lot better resolution and a bigger aperture.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a little more expensive than the OnePlus 7, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
