Comparison review

The Huawei Mate X2 is much better than OnePlus 8, with an 89.1 score against 76. The Huawei Mate X2 construction is newer, but just a little thicker and noticeably heavier than the OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 features a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a bit smaller display, a just a bit worse pixels number in each inch of display and a way lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.

Huawei Mate X2 features a bit better processor than OnePlus 8. They have 8 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU. Huawei Mate X2 features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 features just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a worse 48 megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better images and video in low-light situations.

The Huawei Mate X2 has a little longer battery duration than OnePlus 8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 8. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the OnePlus 8, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
