Motorola One Vision is just a bit better than OnePlus 9 Pro, having a global score of 80.7 against 76.6. The Motorola One Vision construction has the same thickness than OnePlus 9 Pro, but it's a little bit lighter. The OnePlus 9 Pro has a bit sharper display than Motorola One Vision, because it has a bit higher screen density, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3216 and a little bigger screen.
The OnePlus 9 Pro counts with a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Vision, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
