Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a global score of 77.4, which is slightly better than the OPPO Reno's global score of 72.8. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s body is a bit lighter and a little thinner than the OPPO Reno, even when both were released only 6 months apart. Both phones in this comparison review use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding operating system features.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a bit sharper screen than OPPO Reno, although it has a little smaller display, a quite inferior amount of pixels per screen inch and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2280px. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much bigger storage to install games and applications than OPPO Reno, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

OPPO Reno counts with a very superior camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the OPPO Reno also has a way more mega pixels camera, a lot bigger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photos and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and videos.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has improved battery lifetime than OPPO Reno, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery capacity.
