Comparison review
The Galaxy M13 is much better than the OSCAL Tiger 12, getting an 81.1 score against 71.5. Galaxy M13's design has the same thickness than the OSCAL Tiger 12, but it's a little lighter. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy M13 has older 12 version while OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
Samsung Galaxy M13 features a little better hardware performance than OSCAL Tiger 12, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. OSCAL Tiger 12 counts with a lot better display than Galaxy M13, because although it has a quite worse pixel density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 and a bit larger display.
Galaxy M13 features a slightly better camera than OSCAL Tiger 12, although it has a back-facing camera with a much lower resolution. The OSCAL Tiger 12 has a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy M13, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy M13's battery life is very similar to OSCAL Tiger 12's battery lifetime.
