The Moto G 5G is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A12, with an 81.5 score against 80.3. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Moto G 5G is an a bit heavier and somewhat thicker device than Samsung Galaxy A12. These devices use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). The Galaxy A12 has a little bit better performance than Moto G 5G. They have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.
Moto G 5G features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A12, because it has a better count of pixels per inch in the screen, a little bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400. The Motorola Moto G 5G captures a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A12, and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has a bigger camera aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments and a much better (4K) video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a little bit better memory to install applications and games than Moto G 5G, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Moto G 5G's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery lifetime in Galaxy A12.
