The Galaxy A12 is slightly better than the Moto G Power, having a score of 80.3 against 76.1. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A12 has the older 10 version and Moto G Power has Android 11. The Galaxy A12 construction is a little bit heavier but just a little bit thinner than Moto G Power, and they were released with only a couple months difference.
The Moto G Power features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1080 x 2300 pixels resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch of display. The Galaxy A12 features a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A12 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a little bit better processing power than Moto G Power. Both of them have 8 cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy A12 has a bit better camera than Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low light images, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a way better resolution camera.
Motorola Moto G Power has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Galaxy A12 one.
