The Samsung Galaxy A12 has an overall score of 80.3, which is just a bit better than Moto G7 Plus's 76.1 global score. The Samsung Galaxy A12 body is newer than the Moto G7 Plus's, but it's just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). The Motorola Moto G7 Plus counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy A12, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1080 x 2270 pixels resolution and a better amount of pixels per inch of display.

Galaxy A12 has a bit better processor than Moto G7 Plus. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. The Galaxy A12 features more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A12 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB.
