Comparison review
Xperia 1 III is much better than Samsung Galaxy A12, getting a 93.3 score against 80.3. Although Xperia 1 III and Samsung Galaxy A12 were released only a couple of months apart, Xperia 1 III is just a little thinner and a bit lighter. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 III has newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy A12 has Android 10.
The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia 1 III features a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a lot greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
The Xperia 1 III has a slightly better camera than Galaxy A12, because although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture and a much better video definition. Xperia 1 III has a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1 TB, the Xperia 1 III also has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
