Comparison review
Galaxy A12 is a bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium, having a global score of 80.3 against 79.8. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy A12 has a newer 10 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version. Although Galaxy A12 is way newer than Xperia Z5 Premium, it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier.
Xperia Z5 Premium has a lot better screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a lot higher display pixels density. Xperia Z5 Premium features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A12, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy A12 features a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 1 TB and more internal storage. Galaxy A12 features a really longer battery life than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 46 percent larger battery size.
Xperia Z5 Premium takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a camera in the back with way less MP, it also counts with a larger aperture and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
