The Microsoft Surface Duo is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A7, with a overall score of 78.8 against 75.4. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Duo has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4. Although the Microsoft Surface Duo is incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy A7, it's much thinner and also newer.

Samsung Galaxy A7 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, although it has a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller screen, they both have the same count of pixels per inch of screen.
