The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Galaxy A7, getting a global score of 98.9 against 75.4. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version and Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer cellphone than the Galaxy A7, although it is much heavier and noticeably thicker.
