Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A7, having a 78.1 score against 75.4. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge body is newer than the Samsung Galaxy A7's, but it's heavier and thicker.

The Galaxy A7 features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S7 edge, although it has a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a just a little less pixels per inch in the display, they both have a same size display.
