The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016)'s 74.4 overall score. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has an older 5.1 version and Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a notably lighter and somewhat thinner phone than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), although they were released only 8 months apart.
