Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is better than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, having a 90.5 score against 76. Although it's the best phone we are comparing here, we must tell that it's also an older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker phone. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G counts with Android OS, and OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11 OS.
OPPO Find X3 Neo has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A90 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has more RAM.
