Sony Xperia 1 III is a bit better than the Galaxy A90 5G, having a 93.3 score against 90.5. Sony Xperia 1 III works with Android 11 OS, and Galaxy A90 5G has Android OS. Sony Xperia 1 III's body is newer, just a little thinner and a bit lighter than Galaxy A90 5G. Xperia 1 III has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A90 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
