Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 is slightly better than the Galaxy C7, with a 79.1 score against 77.7. The Sony Xperia XZ2 construction is newer, but heavier and incredibly thicker than the Galaxy C7. The Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy C7. Both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a better looking display than Galaxy C7, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a bit better pixel quantity in each inch of screen.
