Galaxy C9 Pro is just a bit better than the Huawei Nova 9, getting an 81 score against 81. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy C9 Pro has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Huawei Nova 9 has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple additional features and performance improvements. Galaxy C9 Pro is an extremely older and just a bit heavier phone than Huawei Nova 9, but Samsung was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway.
Huawei Nova 9 features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Nova 9 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei Nova 9 counts with just a bit better looking display than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a little higher 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit higher display pixels density and a little bit larger display.
The Huawei Nova 9 features a lot better camera than Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have the same aperture, the Huawei Nova 9 also has a much higher resolution camera in the back and a much better (4K) video quality. The Galaxy C9 Pro counts with a slightly better storage for games and applications than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 256 GB.
The Huawei Nova 9 features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
