The Motorola Moto G9 Power shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have the same video definition, the Motorola Moto G9 Power also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a lot higher resolution back camera and a bigger camera aperture.
Moto G9 Power counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
