Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is slightly better than Nokia 7.3, having an 81 score against 76.9. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Nokia 7.3 has Android 11.
