The LG Velvet is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M30s, getting an 87.1 score against 83.3. LG Velvet is a thinner and just a little lighter cellphone than Samsung Galaxy M30s, even when they were only released with a couple of months difference. The LG Velvet counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG Velvet also has more RAM memory.
LG Velvet and Galaxy M30s both have extremely similar displays, because although the LG Velvet has a little bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 and a quite bigger display. The LG Velvet's camera is just as good as Galaxy M30s's camera, and although the LG Velvet has a larger camera aperture for better captures in low light environments, they both have the same video frame rate, a back facing camera with a 48 mega-pixels, the same video definition and the same back-facing camera sensor size.
The LG Velvet features a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M30s, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy M30s counts with a much better battery duration than LG Velvet, because it has a 40% bigger battery capacity.
