Galaxy M30s has a score of 83.3, which is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZs's score of 77.2. The Galaxy M30s construction is newer, but a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Sony Xperia XZs. The Galaxy M30s has just a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZs, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy M30s also has a higher number of faster cores.
Xperia XZs counts with a display that is just as good as the display in Galaxy M30s, because although the Xperia XZs has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a little bit higher display pixels density. The Xperia XZs counts with a much better camera than Galaxy M30s, although it has a tinier camera sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much lower 19 megapixels resolution camera, they both have the same aperture.
Samsung Galaxy M30s has a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZs, because it has 64 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M30s features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
