The Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is slightly better than iPhone 6s's 83 score. The Galaxy M31 has Android 11 operating system, and iPhone 6s counts with iOS 9.x operating system. Although Galaxy M31 is notably newer than the iPhone 6s, it's thicker and incredibly heavier. Apple iPhone 6s has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M31, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits CPU.
