Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 5s's global score of 84.9. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy M31 is older than the Asus ROG Phone 5s, it's body is lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 5s has Android 12 version.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone 5s has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a just a bit inferior amount of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger display, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 and a lot brighter display.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have a camera with a 64 mega pixels resolution, the same sensor size and a same size aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with more storage for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy M31 and Asus ROG Phone 5s both feature quite similar batteries.
