Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 score. The Galaxy M31 design is newer than the Google Pixel 3 XL's, although it's a little bit heavier and thicker. Google Pixel 3 XL has just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a higher number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Google Pixel 3 XL and Samsung Galaxy M31 count with really similar processing units, and although the Google Pixel 3 XL has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy M31 has a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M31 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy M31 takes a lot better photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rates and a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy M31 also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution and a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a much better battery life than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
