Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is slightly better than Google Pixel 4 XL's overall score of 82.9. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31 and Google Pixel 4 XL were released with only 4 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy M31 construction is just a little lighter but also just a little thicker.
The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M31. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040px.
Galaxy M31 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31 has a way better battery duration than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 shoots way better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with a much larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
