Samsung Galaxy M31 is much better than HTC U11, having an 86.5 score against 77.6. Samsung Galaxy M31's design is a lot newer than HTC U11's, although it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. HTC U11 counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a bigger storage for apps and games than HTC U11, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Galaxy M31 and HTC U11 both have really similar CPUs, and although the HTC U11 has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy M31 features a greater camera than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking images in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a way bigger sensor and a back facing camera with a much higher 64 mega-pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a much better battery lifetime than HTC U11, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
