Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design's 82.7 overall score. The Galaxy M31 design is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M31 has the previous 11 version and Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a bit better screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better number of pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a processor that's just as good as the processing unit in Galaxy M31, both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
The Galaxy M31 has a way better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Galaxy M31 also has a larger camera aperture for better low-light images and video, a camera with a much better 64 megapixels resolution and a way larger back camera sensor.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design features a bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Galaxy M31 has a much longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because it has a 6000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
