Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 has an overall score of 89.1, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M31's global score of 86.5. Although the Huawei Mate X2 is noticeably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M31, it's a little thinner and also newer. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X2 has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version.
The Huawei Mate X2 features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X2 also has more RAM. The Galaxy M31 counts with a bit better display than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a way smaller display and a little bit lower screen density.
Huawei Mate X2 has a quite bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage. The Galaxy M31 counts with superior battery life than Huawei Mate X2, because it has a 33% bigger battery capacity. Galaxy M31 features a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate X2, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M31 also has a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a bigger aperture for better low-light photography and video.
