Huawei Mate Xs is a bit better than Galaxy M31, with a 91.6 score against 86.5. Despite being the best we are comparing here, it must be noted that it's also a thicker and noticeably heavier phone. Galaxy M31 has a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate Xs, although it has a way lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, a really smaller display and a just a bit worse display pixels density.
Huawei Mate Xs features a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy M31 counts with greater battery performance than Huawei Mate Xs, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy M31 takes much clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate Xs, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same sensor size and the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.
