Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 is slightly better than Huawei P40 lite 5G, getting an 86.5 score against 83.4. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has a more recent 11 version while Huawei P40 lite 5G has Android 10 version, offering a couple nice extra features. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31 is better than Huawei P40 lite 5G, we must tell that it is also a little bit heavier and just a little thicker.
Galaxy M31 has just a bit better display than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit inferior pixel quantity per inch in the display and a little bit smaller screen. The Huawei P40 lite 5G's CPU is just as good as the processing unit in Samsung Galaxy M31, they have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 512 GB. Galaxy M31 has a much better battery performance than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Galaxy M31 features just a bit better camera than Huawei P40 lite 5G. Both of them have the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video quality, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same aperture.
