Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is better than LG G5's 76.1 global score. Samsung Galaxy M31 is a a lot newer phone than the LG G5, but it is heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has the previous 11 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
LG G5 features a little sharper display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. Samsung Galaxy M31 features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G5, because it has more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
LG G5 features a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy M31 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than LG G5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy M31 also has a way larger back camera sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality and a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy M31 features a much longer battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 2800mAh.
