Comparison review
The LG Velvet is just a bit better than the Galaxy M31, getting a score of 87.1 against 86.5. LG Velvet is a thinner and just a little lighter cellphone than Galaxy M31, even when both of them were released with only a couple months difference. The LG Velvet counts with a CPU that is very similar to the CPU in Samsung Galaxy M31, both have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 cpu cores.
Galaxy M31 features a little bit better display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel density. LG Velvet counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy M31, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a superior battery life than LG Velvet, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy M31 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same (4K) video quality and a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a much better resolution camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
