Galaxy M31 is a bit better than Moto G60, getting an 86.5 score against 79.5. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy M31 is older than Moto G60, it's body is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. Both phones in this review use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should give identical operating system features.
Galaxy M31 features just a little better processing power than Moto G60, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy M31 also has a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy M31 has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G60, because although it has a little smaller display and a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels in each inch in the display.
Galaxy M31 and Moto G60 both have extremely similar cameras, because although the Moto G60 has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Moto G60 counts with a better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Moto G60 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Moto G60 counts with a battery performance that's just as good as Galaxy M31's battery lifetime.
