Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A30, having an 86.5 score against 79.6. Samsung Galaxy M31's construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy A30. The Galaxy M31 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy A30, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy M31 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy M31 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy A30. Both have the same pixels density, a same size display and an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution. Galaxy M31 and Samsung Galaxy A30 feature extremely similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, both have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB and the same internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy A30, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. Galaxy M31 shoots a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy A30, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a back camera with a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution and a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
