Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40, having an 86.5 score against 79.6. Galaxy M31's body is newer than Samsung Galaxy A40's, although it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 operating system. Samsung Galaxy M31 features just a bit better looking display than Galaxy A40, because although it has a quite worse pixel number in each screen inch, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with a bit bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a little better processing power than Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy A40 has as much memory to install games and applications as Samsung Galaxy M31, both have exactly the same internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy M31 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures, it also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels, a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality and a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a way better battery life than Galaxy A40, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
