Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A41's 81.7 score. Galaxy M31 is better than Samsung Galaxy A41, we must note that it is also a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier phone. Both phones in this comparison review use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.
Galaxy M31 has a bit better display than Galaxy A41, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little worse display pixel density, it also counts with a bit larger display. Galaxy M31 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A41, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy M31 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy A41's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy M31 one, both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB and the same 64 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy M31 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A41, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a better photo and video quality, a bigger aperture to take better low light images and video and a way higher 64 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy M31 features a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A41, because it has a 71 percent larger battery capacity.
