Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A51, having an 86.5 score against 85.5. The Galaxy M31 body is just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A51. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect.
Galaxy M31 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A51, although it has a quite inferior count of pixels per inch in the display, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little smaller screen. The Galaxy A51 features much more memory for games and applications than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy A51 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy M31 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy M31 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy M31 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M31 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality, a bigger aperture to take better photography and video in low-light situations and a much better resolution back camera.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
