Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M31's 86.5 overall score. Although the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy M31 were released with only 6 months difference, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is just a little thinner but a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy M31. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11, providing you a couple additional features.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M31, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3088px, a little bit better number of pixels per inch of screen and a little bit bigger screen. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M31, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
