The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy M31's 86.5 score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version, providing you a lot of extra features.
