The Samsung Galaxy S21 is just a bit better than the Galaxy M31, having a overall score of 91.8 against 86.5. These phones use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. Samsung Galaxy S21 is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy M31.
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
