Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M31's 86.5 global score. These phones have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and better performance. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a somewhat heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy M31, but both of them are equally thin.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a more vivid screen than Galaxy M31, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px, a really brighter screen, a little greater display pixel density and a bit bigger display. The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy M31 both count with really similar processing units, and although the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
