Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 is slightly better than the Galaxy S4, having a global score of 86.5 against 79. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M31 has a newer 11 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, so it counts with some extra features and performance tweaks. Although the Samsung Galaxy M31 is newer than the Galaxy S4, it's somewhat thicker and heavier.
The Galaxy S4 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixels amount in each inch of display. Galaxy M31 counts with just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S4, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31 takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a back camera with a much higher resolution, a lot larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot higher (4K) video quality and a larger camera aperture for better low-light photos and videos.
The Galaxy M31 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
