Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 is much better than Galaxy S7 edge, getting an 86.5 score against 78.1. Although Galaxy M31 is noticeably newer than Galaxy S7 edge, it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a greater pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 3600mAh.
Galaxy M31 features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking much better quality photographs.
