Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, getting an 86.5 score against 79.8. Samsung Galaxy M31's design has the same weight than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, but it is somewhat thicker. Xperia XZ Premium features a CPU that's just as good as the processor in Galaxy M31, and although the Xperia XZ Premium has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xperia XZ Premium features a way better looking display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way brighter screen, a much better pixels density and a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Galaxy M31 has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a way better battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 6000mAh battery size instead of 3230mAh. Samsung Galaxy M31 has a much better camera than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a camera in the back with a way better resolution, a bigger aperture and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality.
