Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 is much better than Xperia XZs, getting an 86.5 score against 77.2. Galaxy M31's design is way newer than Xperia XZs's, although it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xperia XZs, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
The Galaxy M31 counts with a bit sharper display than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a larger display. Samsung Galaxy M31 has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZs, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Xperia XZs captures a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31, although it has a much less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, a tinier aperture, a much smaller camera sensor which offers a lot worse photo and video quality and a lower video resolution. Galaxy M31 has a much better battery duration than Xperia XZs, because it has a 107% larger battery size.
