Samsung Galaxy M31 is better than Xiaomi Mi MIX, getting an 86.5 score against 76.2. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31 is thicker than the Xiaomi Mi MIX, it's just a little lighter and also newer. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has 11 version and Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Galaxy M31 has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less bright display, and they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a quite greater pixels density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340. The Galaxy M31 features a better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
